At first I wasn't so sure I was going to like these cupcakes. Who's ever heard of mayonnaise cupcakes? Well, not me! So what did I do? I very reluctantly gave in and made these at my husbands request last night, and I have to admit that I was completely surprised by how they turned out.
They were moist, had a great chocolate flavor and they turned out great! My family LOVED them!
Have you ever made a box recipe and had your cupcakes fall apart while people were eating them? Yeah, I really hate that! Good news.... these cupcakes stayed perfectly together until the very last bite.
Good job honey! Now we can share our new favorite cupcakes with the world, or at least people reading our blog :-)
